Ticket1.eu is a ticketing platform for the organizers of events or providers of services and other activities (hereinafter the “promoters”), and its provider acts as the authorized ticket agent of the promoters, as well as in respect of all tickets you purchase from this website. By entering this website you also agree with the terms and conditions of the Ticket1.eu platform provider.

This website enables you to purchase various tickets. With certain tickets you may purchase from this website you may also be given the option to purchase other services of different promoters – such as accommodation, transfers, etc. You may decide to purchase these additional services through this website at the same time as purchasing tickets.

Please note that where you do so, the price charged in total for purchasing more than one of these services will always equal the prices charged separately for each individual service.

Each service is available to be purchased separately at the same price as they are when more than one service is purchased. By purchasing tickets and/or services you also agree with the terms and conditions of the respective promoter.

All payment transactions are processed through Ticket1.eu platform. All monies you pay for tickets or other services will be held by Ticket1.eu provider on trust for the respective promoters at all times. In case you are buying tickets for the Erasmus Gathering Festival the following applies:

The Erasmus Gathering Festival is organized by local service provider in Budapest, Hungary, and includes various experiences such as boat party or pub crawl. The accommodation you may purchase with certain tickets is provided by Deselanne s.r.o., reg. no. 04274741, with its registered seat at Czech Republic, Prague 4 – Jaurisova 515/4, PC: 14 000, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 229405.

The transfer you may purchase with certain tickets is provided by Red Rhino, S.R.O. reg. no.:
063 707 99, with its registered seat at Czech Republic, Prague 8 – Karlín, Sokolovská 81/55, PC: 186 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 281117. By purchasing a ticket you get a 1 year membership to Erasmus Gathering Association. This membership entitles you to special offers and discounts for partners’ events. By purchasing a ticket you agree with your membership and with the articles of association of Erasmus Gathering By purchasing tickets you agree with the Festival Participation Conditions (as listed below) and with the terms and conditions of the respective promoters when purchasing additional services.

FESTIVAL PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Upon buying a ticket for the Erasmus Gathering Festival or receiving an identification band, you enter into a contractual relationship which enables you to participate in Erasmus Gathering Festival. Upon presenting a ticket at the festival entrance, each festival visitor receives an identification band on their wrist, allowing them to enter the premises and replacing the ticket. The participant undertakes to observe these conditions for participation in the Erasmus Gathering Festival throughout the premises of the festival and all other places where the festival is being held:

A) FESTIVAL PARTICIPANTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM: Bringing and using glass containers (including bottles), tins, umbrellas, combustibles and explosives, weapons of any kind, psychotropic substances, items which may pose a risk to safety, pyrotechnic items, laser pointers, recording devices, film cameras, and camcorders! Taking pictures of any and all performances using professional and semi-professional cameras and SLR cameras! Making audio and video recordings of any of the performances! Entering the premises with dogs and other animals! Distributing or placing any promotional or advertising materials on the festival grounds without written consent by the organizer for doing so!

B) THE FESTIVAL ORGANIZER IS ENTITLED TO DO THE FOLLOWING: To reserve the right to verify the identity of the festival visitors upon entering the Erasmus Gathering Festival. Visitors who do not possess a valid proof of identity will be denied admission to the Erasmus Gathering Festival, without entitlement to a refund of the entrance fee. Valid proofs of identity are: a valid ID, passport, or driver’s license. The name on the proof of identity must be the same as the name under which the ticket is registered. Copies of proofs of identity are not accepted. The Security Act expressly applies. To withdraw from the contractual relationship on participation in the Erasmus Gathering Festival in the event it is breached by the participant, and to accompany the festival participant out of the festival premises or site with the aid of the security service and not to allow the participant to reenter the premises. To give necessary instructions to the festival participants in order to maintain the seamless running of the festival, safety of participants, and protection of property. To change these conditions with immediate effect, if deemed necessary. To change the line-up, including the participants, in the event of unexpected events (weather conditions, accidents, health condition of the participants, etc.). To alter or vary an event program without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. To refuse exchanging valid entry tickets for festival wristbands after 21:00. To interrupt or discontinue the festival for safety reasons.

C) FESTIVAL PARTICIPANTS UNDERTAKE TO: Maintain good standards of tidiness. Behave politely to other festival participants and to the organizers, and not to disturb the course of the festival in any other way. Be careful not to cause any damage to the property and health of third parties. Observe conditions for taking part in the festival, organizers’ instructions and legal regulations. Arrange their own travel insurance. Present the identification band upon each entrance to the premises. Observe the conditions for taking part in the festival, organizers’ instructions and legal regulations. Observe prohibition of entrance beyond the restricted premises and to any objects marked with the safety sign “Entry Prohibited”. Not to make any kind of promotions in or outside the Erasmus Gathering area without a written consent of the organizer. To provide adequate personal assistance while extinguishing a possible fire or handling a natural disaster or another extraordinary event unless they expose themselves or other persons to serious danger or unless an important circumstance prevents them from providing such help, and to provide material help. Not to smoke in festival areas and grounds. To observe instructions given by the event organizer or security guards.

D) PARTICIPANTS OF THE FESTIVAL: Assume full personal responsibility for participating at the festival. Are liable for all damage that they cause. Take into consideration that, upon removing the identification band, the contractual relationship becomes invalid and participants are not entitled to enter the festival. In case of loss or theft the Erasmus Gathering bracelet will neither be replaced nor refunded. Consent to being photographed and/or filmed by entering the Erasmus Gathering Festival and to the resulting digital images being used or broadcast by the organizer or other service providers. The organizer or other service providers may use these digital images for promotional and/or commercial purposes related to Erasmus Gathering Festival. These images are furthermore recorded and stored by the organizer and/or the police in connection with maintaining and enforcing the safety on the festival grounds, and the prevention, tracing and punishing of crimes and breaches of the general rules and conditions through identification on the basis of these digital images. Amendment and cancellation of booking by the passenger: All of our tickets are final. There are no refunds, amends, or refunds. Same policy applies for “No-Show”

E) THE ORGANISER OF THE FESTIVAL: Is not liable for any damage to property or health of the festival participants unless this damage is caused as a result of violating legal regulations by the organizer and in direct relation to this violation.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN ADMISSION BEING REFUSED OR DENIED, OR IN BEING EXPELLED, WITHOUT ANY REFUND OF THE ENTRANCE FEE. ALL VISITORS WHO ARE REFUSED OR DENIED ADMISSION OR ARE EXPELLED ARE OBLIGED TO IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE FESTIVAL SITE.
